• THE STRAIGHT DOPE:  Before superstar restaurant critic and storyteller Mark Kurlyandchik joins the fray, ML threatens to commit canine-icide.
• Mark (with a k — and a K) tells us how he got to know Tristan Taylor, one of the leaders of what has been called The People’s March, The Movement and Detroit Will Breathe. And he opens with a zinger!
• Marc (with a c — and a See You on Facebook Live) asks how the restaurant critic got pulled into the Detroit Free Press’ coverage of the daily marches against police brutality. And we learn that Mark (with a k — and a Kaboodle of experience in the journalism biz) is one multi-faceted cat!
• Shawn stops the show to mark a Soul of Detroit record. You’ll have to endure 17 minutes of blather to find out what it is. But it is s-o-o-o-o worth it! And Mark (with a k — as in “oK, enough of this already!”) gets in another zinger.
• The lads discuss The Movement’s demands, which include opposition to the city’s use of facial recognition to fight crime.
